
Pamela Rottman
Founded DASpecialists in 2005 in response to existing hospital client’s needs and provides the foundation leadership for DASpecialists. Pamela was previously active in the federally and state mandated hospital reporting requirements for the Cancer/Tumor Registries. Her expertise is informational logistics and implementation methodologies including Quality Assurance. Her strong customer service commitment has resulted in DASpecialists development of value-added, hospital-specific feedback protocols to provide the company’s varied hospital clients with meaningful information for internal process improvement.

Matt Asbury
Vice President-Operations (MBA, MHA LPN)
Brings 25+ years of nursing and management skills and is the DAS’ Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Information Technology (IT) resource. As SME, Matt maintains industry awareness through his broad network of resources and coordinates with Core Measure and Registry experts throughout the country to develop ongoing educational webinars for both clients and abstractors. He is also responsible for oversight of all marketing efforts. His broad experience, including over 8 years in Quality Measure and Registry abstraction, and ongoing research benefits DASpecialists hospital clients by providing industry changes on a continual basis.

Melinda Offer
Director, Cardiac Registries (RN, MSN)
Brings over 29 years of experience as RN with major focus in care of ICU and cardiac patients to her role as Lead Abstractor. Melinda transitioned to Quality Improvement in 2005 with major focus in Adult STS and ACC NCDR Cardiac Registries. She is a member of the Adult STS National Core Group. Melinda has published three articles and spoke at numerous national and local conferences. Melinda joined DASpecialists in 2010.

Barb Page
Manager, Client Services (RN, BSN)
Brings 29 years of clinical experience in large Metro area teaching and non-teaching medical facilities throughout the country. Barb was the floor liaison for her clinical areas w/ the Quality Assurance Department throughout all 29 years and brings this knowledge base and understanding to her work as Lead Abstractor. Her experience includes over 10 years of abstracting for multiple NCDR Registries as well as National Hospital Quality Measures for over 5 years.
